I am the owner of Dalene Brown Skin Care clinic in Port Elizabeth.
A Lamp in my IPL machine blew a few weeks ago. I contacted Johan from Technolase for assistance. He asked me to courier my IPL machine to him. Within 3 days Johan came back to me after they did a thorough investigation and found the reason why my lamp had blown. I gave them the 'go ahead' to replace and fix some components of my IPL.
Before sending the IPL back to me, Johan made sure that everything was in order and that the machine operated perfectly.
I am very happy with the service I received from Johan and his team and will definitely contact Johan again in furure if I have any problems with my IPL.
