We are the owners of a salon in Pretoria and own an Alma hair removal laser machine that suddenly started giving us problems. I contacted Technolase and they immediately offered their assistance. I was a bit frantic, but they stayed calm and the next day they came to collect our laser machine from our premises and took it to their offices. From previous experience, I expected the worse and thousands of rands in repairing costs.
Once again they stayed calm and assured me that they will look at the damages and keep me updated. That is exactly what they did. They went above and beyond to not only solve our problem and fix our machine, but also kept the costs as low as possible. Our laser machine is as good as new and we couldn't be happier! A Lamp in my IPL machine blew a few weeks ago. I contacted Johan from Technolase for assistance. He asked me to courier my IPL machine to him. Within 3 days Johan came back to me after they did a thorough investigation and found the reason why my lamp had blown. I gave them the 'go ahead' to replace and fix some components of my IPL.
Before sending the IPL back to me, Johan made sure that everything was in order and that the machine operated perfectly.

I want to say thank you to Johan from Technolasers for fixing my Beauty Laser Machine (my multifunctional one). He lives in Pretoria and fixes the Dr’s and the Hospital Machines at Westville Hospital in Durban and drives out to customers and fixes the machines at their (customers) premises. If he can’t fix it, he takes it with him to his business and keeps you up to date on what he has done etc etc. His prices are very reasonable. He sells Beauty Laser and Aesthetic Machines. Just a short thank you for the work you did on my Ellipse IPL in the last 2 months to keep us up and running.
Our IPL has been the work horse in our cosmetic department and as with all older machines and technology, and the electricity spikes due to load shedding, it has given problems that we could not sort out this side.
Thank you to you and your team that spent 2 Saturdays a month apart for different problems to help us as soon as possible to get our things going again.
It is not easy to find people going the extra mile these days, especially considering the Covid pandemic and how you had to organise around it.
